GI PVC Flexible Conduit
GI PVC Flexible Conduit
RAIDEN GI Flexible Conduit with PVC coating is designed to protect your cables in tough environments where there’s constant movement, vibration, or bending. Whether you’re working on a factory floor, a commercial project, or an industrial setup, this conduit delivers both flexibility and strength. The galvanized steel (GI) core provides solid mechanical protection, while the PVC coating adds resistance to moisture, dust, and corrosion—making it perfect for long-term use. It’s easy to install, bendable to fit into tight spaces, and built to last. When setting up your wiring system, always follow current wiring regulations to ensure complete safety and performance. With RAIDEN, you’re choosing durability, safety, and smart protection for your electrical wiring.
Specification Of Gi Conduit
- High mechanical strength
- Low smoke density
- Temperature range: -15°C to +70°C
- IP rating: Ip65
Features & Benefits of GI Flexible Conduit
- Easily bends around tight spaces and obstacles—no extra fittings required.
- Galvanized steel core shields cables from impacts and crushing in industrial settings.
- PVC coating plus GI core defends against water, dust, rust, and chemical exposure.
- Performs in extreme temps (from around –100 °C to +300 °C), so it handles almost any environment.
- PVC outer layer slows flames, reducing fire risk and supporting safety standards.
- Lightweight, smooth interior/exterior—cuts and installs fast, cutting labor time.
- Durable materials = fewer replacements and less upkeep cost over time
- Metal conduit guards against electromagnetic interference, and meets electrical code requirements.
Application
- Public & Commercial buildings
- Outdoor installations.
- Used as mechanical protection for insulated electrical cables and wires that are functional in normal atmospheric temperature
- Under floor applications for computer/floor boxes
- Used for connecting machines to controls
- Elevators, Metro Stations, CCTV Camera etc.
- Most suitable for tight-spot installation and in places where certain water tightness is required
